架空または他人の個人情報を勝手に使用した「いたずら注文」や、誰かになりすました「なりすまし注文」、「所在不明」、自己都合による「受け取り拒否」など、悪質な迷惑行為が当店においても発生いたしました。
こうした行為は当店のみならず、善良な第三者様に大変な迷惑を与える場合がございます。
これらの悪質な注文を防止するため、当店ではやむをえず以下の対策を取る事にいたしました。

・住所の確認
明らかに存在しない・もしくは不完全な住所への発送に断ります。
・電話番号の確認
他社になりすました電話番号を記入した方への発送に断ります。
・複数のクレジットカードを使用する方
複数のクレジットカードを利用し、支払いを成功させようとするお客様に対して、クレジットカード盗難の可能性が高いため、こちらの判断で注文をキャンセルすることがございます。
当店または善良な第三者へ迷惑・損害を与えた場合は、関係機関等に迷惑行為があった旨を報告・警察へ被害届けを提出いたします。さらに、ホストアドレスにより注文者の特定をし、損害賠償を請求いたします。
お客様には大変ご不便をお掛けすることとなりますが、大多数の善良なお客様に満足頂ける商品とサービスを継続していくためには避けて通れない対策と考えております。何卒ご理解のうえご了承いただけますようお願い申し上げます。

We are aware of the occurrence of fraudulent orders and theft of credit cards.

Verification of address
We refuse to ship to addresses that clearly do not exist or are incomplete.
Confirmation of phone number
We will refuse to ship to a customer who has provided a phone number that is not a real phone number.
Multiple credit cards
We reserve the right to cancel orders from customers who use multiple credit cards in an attempt to make a successful payment, due to the high possibility of credit card theft.
If a customer causes trouble or damage to our store or a good third party, we will report the disturbance to the relevant authorities and file a damage report with the police. In addition, we will identify the person who placed the order by host address and claim compensation for damages.
